Probably my first post of the new year.

One of the most dreading things, something that is very painful to hear and to know, for me, would be the death of one of the actors i absolutle love (cos i do think he's ABSOLUTELY hot and talented). Its so weird, i mean i can grasp the idea of death, but it seems so painful to think about the guy i watched when i was a kid in A Knight's Tale is dead. I guess an avid audience of his movies, reality just hits you right smack in the face, making you realise that all these people you respect and idolise, are all just human. It erases the "untouchable" status that they once had, making them once again, sheer mortals.

Worse though is all the media attacking and analysing his death, like its really their business. I mean, if you're a mother, a brother, a sister or a friend, would you want people in your face all the time, especially at a very private and dreadful moment in your life? And all these people, some making jokes about his death, or wanting to picket his funeral service due to some ideology (really psycho, and arse-holic from my point of view). I mean, for pete's sake, leave them alone. At least back off, and give them time to mourn, respect another fellow human being. Everyone has the right to at least some unmarked and unscathed territory.

They provide us with entertainment, they bring stories to life, and this is what happens to them at the end of their lives.
